Select the PodVox service that fits your needs — Podcast Editing, Video Editing, or Voiceovers — and choose the package that best suits your project.

Drop us a line using the contact button at the top of the page and tell us what you’re working on. Once we understand the details (such as episode length, script length, video scope, or any extras), we’ll confirm the best approach and provide a quote.) 

Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll request a 10% deposit to secure your spot in our production schedule.

For podcast and video projects, we’ll also share a secure upload link so you can send through your raw audio or footage.

For voiceovers, we’ll confirm your script, usage, and tone before recording.

This is where the magic happens. Whether we’re polishing podcast audio, editing video, or recording a professional voiceover, we focus on clarity, pacing, and a clean, professional result.

Your first edit, video draft, or voiceover file will be shared with you via our secure drive. We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready for review.

Depending on your package, you’ll have the opportunity to request revisions or adjustments. If something needs tightening, tweaking, or refining, just let us know.

Once you’re happy with the final result, we’ll invoice the remaining balance. As soon as payment is received, you can download your polished audio, video, or voiceover and put it out into the world. Easy.
